1. What is Sociqlo Media?

Sociqlo Media is a full-service social media management agency offering content creation, account management, branding, posting, analytics, and advertising support for businesses of all sizes.

 
2. Which platforms do you manage?

We currently support:

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

  • YouTube (Shorts)

  • Google Business Profile

  • LinkedIn (included on higher plans)

 

Additional platforms may be added for an extra fee.

 
3. Do you offer custom packages?

Yes. If your business needs hybrid or specialized services, we can tailor a plan for you.

CONTENT & CREATIVE PROCESS

4. How does the content creation process work?
  1. We create content based on your selected plan.

  2. You review and approve each piece before posting.

  3. After approval, we schedule content for optimal times.

5. Who provides the photos and videos?

You can provide your own media, BUT if you don’t:
Sociqlo will create content using our own creative assets, stock media, branded designs, and relevant industry context.

All content will still be sent to you for review.

6. Can I request changes to the content?

Yes!
Each plan includes one round of revisions per post.
Additional revisions may incur a small fee.

7. How far in advance do you create and schedule content?

We typically work in weekly or bi-weekly batches, depending on your plan level.

​

8. Will you post without my approval?

No. You always approve content before it goes live.

​

9. Can I request specific styles, colors, or branding?

Absolutely. You can provide branding guides, logos, colors, examples, or reference content for us to follow.

PRICING & BILLING

10. How does billing work?

All plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.

11. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only considered if no work has begun for the billing cycle.
Once we start creating content, no refunds are available.

12. Do you offer discounts?

We may offer promotions or special rates during sign-up. Long-term clients can also access loyalty pricing.

13. Do you lock clients into contracts?

No. All plans are month-to-month unless you choose an optional yearly contract with discounted pricing.

14. What if my payment fails?

Services may be paused until payment is resolved.
Repeated failures may result in account cancellation.

CANCELLATION & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

15. How do I cancel my service?

Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date.

16. Do I lose my content if I cancel?

No. Any approved and delivered content from paid months belongs to you.

However, raw files (PSD, AI, templates, project files) remain Sociqlo property unless purchased separately.

17. Can I pause my account?

We allow temporary pauses on a case-by-case basis.
Paused time is not refundable.

ADS, MARKETING & PERFORMANCE

18. Do you run ads?

Yes, on plans that include ad setup/management.
Ad spend is paid separately by the client directly to Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.

19. Do you guarantee results?

No marketing or social media agency can guarantee results due to algorithm changes and platform variables.
BUT — we focus on quality content, consistency, and strategic growth.

20. Will you help grow my followers?

Yes — growth is a natural result of consistent posting, branding, and active engagement.
Paid ads can accelerate this further.

​

21. Do you respond to comments or DMs for me?

This is available on higher-tier plans or as an add-on.
We can help with moderation, response templates, and direct message workflows.

ON-BOARDING & SETUP

22. How long does setup take?

On-boarding typically takes 24–72 hours, depending on:

  • Access to platforms

  • Receiving your brand materials

  • Completing the on-boarding questionnaire

 

23. What do you need from me to get started?

We’ll request:

  • Logo

  • Brand colors

  • Business info

  • Photos or videos (optional)

  • Platform access (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

 

If you don’t have brand materials, we can create them.

ACCESS & SECURITY

24. Do I need to share my passwords?

No.
We use secure platform-approved methods such as:

  • Meta Business Manager roles

  • TikTok Business Center access

  • Google Business Profile manager invites

  • YouTube/Google permissions

  • LinkedIn page admin roles

 

25. Is my information kept private?

Yes.
We maintain strict confidentiality and never share your data with third parties except as required to provide services.

DESIGN, BRANDING & FILE OWNERSHIP

26. Do I own the content you create?

Yes — all approved final content created in paid months belongs to you.

Raw editable project files (like PSD, AI, or video timelines) are not included, but can be purchased separately.

27. Do you create logos or branding?

Yes! Branding and design services are available as add-ons or within premium plans.

​

28. Can you recreate or redesign my existing content?

Absolutely — we can refresh your old content, update your branding, or redesign for consistency.

29. How do I communicate with Sociqlo?

MISCELLANEOUS

31. Can I use your content on my website or ads?

Yes — approved posts can be reused anywhere.
(Just let us know if you need resized formats.)

32. Do you work with influencers?

Yes, influencer coordination is available as an add-on service.

​

33. Will you fix my account if it gets restricted or hacked?

We can guide you, but we cannot guarantee account recovery since restrictions come from the platform itself.

​

34. Can you work with any industry?

Yes — except industries involving illegal activities, hate content, or restricted categories that violate ad platform policies.
