Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sociqlo Media ("Sociqlo," "we," or "us") and the services we provide. By submitting a project inquiry or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Sociqlo provides AI-powered content production services, including concept development, scriptwriting, AI generation, editing, revisions, and delivery of finished video content and visual assets. Sociqlo is a managed creative service, not a self-serve AI tool.

Client-Uploaded Materials

Clients may upload product photographs, existing video clips, packaging images, logos, brand guidelines, and other project materials. By uploading these assets, you confirm that you own or have permission to use them, and you grant Sociqlo permission to use them for the requested project.

AI-Generated Content

Sociqlo uses AI production technology. Content may include AI-generated people, voices, scenes, products, or visual elements. AI generation can occasionally produce errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected results. Sociqlo reviews and corrects outputs when reasonably possible, but clients must approve final content before publication.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all final content before publication. The client is responsible for confirming that all product claims, prices, promotions, testimonials, legal statements, and regulated-industry information are truthful, accurate, and permitted under applicable law.

Prohibited Use

Clients may not request content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful. Sociqlo reserves the right to refuse any project that involves false product claims, deceptive testimonials, impersonation of real individuals without consent, or content intended to mislead consumers.

Intellectual Property

Finished content is delivered to the client for use according to the terms of the selected package. Sociqlo retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Generative AI outputs may be subject to intellectual-property limitations, and Sociqlo does not guarantee that AI-generated content is eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.

Delivery Estimates

Production timelines are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines, unless confirmed in writing for a specific project. Delays caused by client response time, source-material issues, or revision requests may extend the timeline.

Payment

All packages require payment before production begins. Project quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Changes to Terms

Sociqlo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
