Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Sociqlo Media services.

Payment Before Production

All packages require payment before production begins. Once payment is received, your project is scheduled and production resources are allocated.

Cancellation Before Production Begins

If you cancel before production has started (before concept development or AI generation has begun), you may receive a full refund. Once production has begun, the refund policy below applies.

Cancellation After Production Begins

Once concept development, scriptwriting, or AI generation has started, the work performed is non-refundable. AI production requires generation costs and creative labor that are incurred at the start of the process.

Non-Refundable Production Work

Completed production work, including generated clips, scripts, concepts, and edits, is not automatically refundable. If you are not satisfied with the initial result, Sociqlo will use the revisions included in your selected package to make reasonable changes.

Revision Limits

The number of revisions depends on your selected package. A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the approved concept. A completely new idea, presenter, script, or visual direction may be treated as a new deliverable and may require an additional fee.

Consumed AI-Generation Costs

AI generation incurs real costs per generation. Once generations have been produced for your project, those costs cannot be recovered and are non-refundable.

Monthly Plans

For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel future billing at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unused monthly deliverables do not automatically roll over unless stated in a custom agreement.
