Content Usage and Licensing

This policy explains how you may use the content Sociqlo Media produces for you.

Organic Usage Rights

All packages include organic social-media usage rights. This means you may post finished videos on your owned social-media accounts, website, and other non-paid channels without time limits, unless otherwise stated in your project agreement.

Paid Advertising Usage

Paid-ad usage is included only when stated in the selected package or written project agreement. When included, paid-ad usage is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After the included period, extended advertising usage may be purchased separately.

Extended Licensing

If you need to use content in paid advertising beyond the included period, or for uses not covered by your package (such as broadcast, out-of-home, or high-volume programmatic campaigns), extended licensing can be purchased. Contact hello@sociqlo.com for pricing.

What You Receive

A finished video means one approved final deliverable. Different hooks or materially different edits may count as separate videos. Unedited generated clips and alternate takes may be purchased or included when specified in your package.

Client-Supplied Assets

You retain ownership of all materials you provide to Sociqlo (product photos, videos, logos, brand materials). Sociqlo uses these assets only for your requested project. Sociqlo does not reuse your brand materials for other clients.

Portfolio Use

Sociqlo may display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Sociqlo will not disclose confidential client information in portfolio examples.

Intellectual-Property Limitations

Generative AI outputs may be subject to intellectual-property limitations. Sociqlo does not guarantee that AI-generated content is eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. Clients should consult legal counsel regarding IP protection for specific use cases.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines, unless confirmed in writing for a specific project.
