This policy explains how Sociqlo Media uses AI technology and what clients should know about AI-generated content.

AI-Generated Content

Sociqlo uses advanced AI production technology along with human creative direction. Content may include AI-generated people, voices, scenes, products, or visual elements. These elements are generated by AI and are not recordings of real individuals unless specifically stated.

Possible Generation Errors

AI-generated scenes can occasionally change small details, including text, packaging, proportions, colors, or product features. Sociqlo reviews and corrects outputs when reasonably possible, but clients must approve final content before publication.

Product Accuracy

Sociqlo can use client-supplied product photographs, packaging images, and brand materials as references during production. However, exact product accuracy depends on the quality of the supplied materials and the capabilities of the production technology. Sociqlo cannot guarantee that AI-generated product representations will be completely identical to the real product.

Prohibited Deceptive Testimonials

AI-generated testimonial-style videos are promotional content. They must not be represented as verified customer reviews, real customer experiences, or personal endorsements. Clients are prohibited from publishing AI-generated testimonial content in a manner that implies a real person purchased, used, or endorsed a product.

Prohibited False Product Claims

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all claims made in the content, including product benefits, performance claims, pricing, health statements, and regulated-industry information, are truthful and permitted under applicable law. Sociqlo will not produce content that includes false or misleading claims.

Client Responsibility for Final Review

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all final content before publication. Sociqlo is not liable for content published without client review.

Sociqlo's Right to Refuse

Sociqlo reserves the right to refuse any project that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful, or that involves impersonation of real individuals without consent.

Intellectual Property and Generative AI

Generative AI outputs may be subject to intellectual-property limitations. Sociqlo does not guarantee that AI-generated content is eligible for copyright or trademark protection in all jurisdictions. Clients should consult legal counsel regarding IP protection for AI-generated content.
